Crear McCartney engage our team to fabricate and install the Guildry Window. The tracery posed significant challenges to McCartney’s design as each element is constructed of multiple panels, necessary for installation. Classically this leads to thick horizontal joints between the panels, whilst covered by structural bars in the lower lancets there are no such bars in the tracery. Working with McCartney our team utilized varying lead weights to not only enable the installation of the window but equally exploit the panel joints as design elements.
